Pacific National’s newly acquired TT201, TT205 lead older unit TT119 through East Maitland with an empty coal at 1:43pm on Friday the 7th of November, 2025.
The TT200’s have been recently purchased by Pacific National from Qube Logistics. These locos were brand new to Qube as QE007 - QE012 in the last quarter of 2024 and now numbered respectively TT201- TT206 for Pacific National’s coal operations in the Hunter Valley NSW.
These locomotives are EMD GT46C-ACe-II and were built by Progress Rail in the USA before being shipped to Australia in a ready to run state. Final adjustments were carried out at Downer EDi Cardiff before commencing operations in Australia.
