माघे सङ्क्रान्तिको दिन तरुल, भुजा, सेतो तिल, कालो तिल र बदामका लड्डु खाएर शरीरलाई शक्ति, तातोपन र पोषण दिइन्छ। यी परिकारहरूले स्वास्थ्य मजबुत बनाउने, पाचन सुधार्ने र जाडोबाट बचाउने विश्वास गरिन्छ। बिदेशमा रहनु भएका दाजुभाइ दिदीबहिनीहरूलाई पनि आजको दिन माघे सङ्क्रान्तिको अवसरमा यी परिकारहरू बनाएर खान आग्रह छ। टाढा रहे पनि आफ्नै संस्कार र परम्पराको स्वादसँग जोडिएर यो पर्व मनाऔँ।
Maghe Sankranti is an important traditional festival in Nepal, celebrated during the cold winter season. On this day, people welcome longer days, warmth, and good health by eating nourishing foods that help keep the body strong and warm.
Special foods like tarul (yam), bhuja (puffed grains), seto til (white sesame), kalo til (black sesame), and peanut laddus are eaten as part of the tradition.
