FIVE HEALTHY TODDLER RECIPE IDEAS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)

Hey everyone! I definitely get stuck in a “rut” at times when it comes to feeding my toddler. Here I show you five healthy and easy toddler recipe ideas. Hopefully you find this helpful! All recipes in this video are below:
1. Egg Muffins:
10 eggs
Heaping cup of spinach (or 8oz diced Ortega green Chilli’s)
½ C flour
1 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
Pepper (I guesstimated)
2 C cottage cheese
4 C shredded chaddar cheese
Beat eggs. Add everything else. Mix and pour in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins.
2. Fruit Oat Cups
3 C old fashioned oats
2 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
½ t salt
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 C almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/3 C maple syrup
¼ C coconut oil (melted)
2 t vanilla extract
Fruit of choice
Blend 1 cup of oats in blender or food processor. In a large bowl combine oats and “oat flour”, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl mix together bananas, eggs, milk, syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir. Add in fruit of choice. Stir. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
3. Broccoli Nuggets
1 slice of bread
5 oz cooked broccoli
¼ C shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Mash broccoli with fork or blend in blender. Put in bowl. Make bread crumbs out of slice of bread. Add cheese and eggs. Mix. Pour into greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 15-18 mins.
4. Quinoa and veggie bites
1 C shredded zucchini
1 C shredded carrot
2 C quinoa
1 C shredded cheese
¼ C parsley
3 eggs
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Use a ¼ measuring cup to scoop mixture onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
5. Turkey, Spinach, Sweet potato meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
1 medium cooked sweet potato
1 handful of spinach, finely chopped
1 clove minced garlic
½ C oats, blended (or baby rice cereal)
¼ C applesauce or baby puree of your choice
Mix all ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
