DragonBall FighterZ - The Ultimate Android 21 Guide - Moves, Combos, Blockstrings, Mixups

I've been playing Android 21 since I got the game (first DLC, season 1), and I finally feel I have her mastered. I took her to the lab and started making this Ultimate Guide and ended up learning quite a few new things. Her abilities are amazing and can do some pretty cool combos and setups. I've done the lab work, now start mastering your Android 21!

Vocabulary

Oki (Okizeme) - is a term used in fighting games which refers to pressuring the opponent while they are getting up after being knocked down.
DHC (Delayed Hyper Cancel) - A feature in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 that allows one character's hyper combo to be canceled into another on your team by adding the second input in before the first hyper combo has finished.
