This has been my go-to pizza dough recipe for more than 10 years. Forget kneading your dough! Time is your friend here. You can start the process in the evening, and it will be ready within 24 hours with minimal effort. You can even make in advance and freeze them as dough-balls so that you can spread a pizza anytime you want.
This dough uses very little yeast (less than a gram) so a tin of yeast should make more than 100 pizzas!
Here is what you need...
DRY INGREDIENTS:
200g / 7oz strong bread flour / pizza flour
¼ tsp salt
Half ¼ tsp yeast
Half ¼ tsp sugar
WET INGREDIENTS:
150g / 5.3oz water
1 tbsp olive oil
