First year mixing with the big boys and absolutely loving the hardcore racing. Although the end result was disappointing in this race there was some satisfaction in the challenge of it. Was content with 4th place towards the end of but the sheep shagger behind thought otherwise.
We had speed all weekend but just got caught out at the wrong time with the safety car restarts in this race. From memory the ambient temp was below 10 degrees C and the rear tyres were having none of it.
Saftey car periods 3:30 - 13:30 and 16:50 - 22:40
