Trini Coconut Barfi- Divali Sweets

This is a rich, milky dessert that is popular around Divali and Eid time. It's very addictive, so try it at your own risk! :)
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups full cream milk powder
3/4 cups sugar
cherries
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 cup of grated coconut (only the white part, peel the brown skin off)
1/2 cup of nestle full cream/table cream
6 tbsps water
a pinch of ground elychee / cardamon
