The city is foggy, the air is cold, but the login time remains the same. 🥶 Before the emails start and the "Teams" notifications go off, the first hour belongs to me (and my gut). 🌿
My non-negotiable AM "Liquid Routine" to fix the bloating and brain fog. It seems like a lot, but once it becomes a habit, your body craves it.
From "Grandma's Remedies" (Methi Water) to "Modern Trends" (Chia Seeds), this liquid routine is the only thing keeping my gut happy during the winter work-from-home season.
The Lineup:
💧 Copper Vessel Water (hydration)
🌿 Methi/Fenugreek Water (digestion)
🌰 Soaked Almonds & Walnuts (brain power)
🧊 Chia Seeds (fiber & omega-3)
☕ Ginger Water (immunity & warmth)
The AM Lineup:
⚖️ 7:30 AM: System Reboot (and facing the weighing scale)
💧 7:35 AM: Copper Water Hydration
🌰 8:10 AM: Soaked Nuts & Methi Water (The brain food)
☕ 8:30 AM: Ginger Water (for the winter immunity)
🚿 9:00 AM: The struggle to shower in winter...
