"Young Royals" season 1 was a shock. At a time where I completely stopped watching teen dramas, here comes this swedish tv with amazing acting and out of this world chemistry between the two leads. So I'm giving credit where its due, to the sheer strenght of this series, with one of the most sensual song ever written, "Colorblind" by Counting Crows.
Us gays/bisexuals didn't have a lot of representation in the early 00s (except for Willow Rosenberg adn Jack Mcphee) so it's refreshing to have shows with multilayered characters. The sexual orientation of the main protagonists being a component not their whole identity, with many other important subject being tackled (disability, peer presure, drugs, social inequality, family issues...).
