► In the summer of 2024, 22-year-old Austin King, a dedicated outdoorsman and Yellowstone National Park employee, set off on a seven-day solo hike to the rugged and remote Eagle Peak. A talented athlete and experienced hiker, Austin was well-prepared for the journey. But on the evening of September 17th, after reaching the summit and making a series of phone calls, Austin vanished. Despite a massive search effort, the trail for the young man went cold, leaving behind an untouched campsite, a logbook entry, and a single, worried voicemail. What began as a personal challenge would soon unravel into a perplexing enigma, with Austin's disappearance becoming another of Yellowstone's strange disappearances.
