Continuing on with the refurbishment of my 1972 Kenworth W925 (Mr. Bojangles), I add LED turn signals/marker lights. Initially, the turn signals would not flash. So, I upgraded the turn signal relay to a LED-rated flasher module. That didn't seem to fix the problem. So, I switched the first moduled out with one that had an external ground wire (both were 3-pronged). At first, it looked like that didn't solve the non-flash either. Then, I checked the voltage of the batteries. The reading was just above 8 volts. Once I put the new battery in and got back to 12-volts, the lights started flashing.
