This film was edited in Adobe Premiere Elements then saved as M2T h264 1080p. YouTube applies it's own compression on the uploaded file, which tends to improve the image appearance somewhat by smoothing out compression artifacts and grain. So what you see here is better than the original.

And actually, even combining these films and saving them in Premiere adds a different compression which improves the look. That means the movie you are watching has been compressed three times in this viewable file.
