With this adapter you have two on settings, Constant on or Auto mode. In auto mode you can power your dashcam or charge your phone, when set to Auto Mode it will turn on when it shttps://www.quadlockcase.com/collecti... an increase in volts and the turn off when it senses a decrease in volts when the vehicle is turned off.
