Did you know Swedish kids dress up as witches for Easter?
This fun and spooky tradition is called "Påskkärringar", and it happens every year around Maundy Thursday!
They wear old clothes, paint their cheeks, and go door to door trading drawings for candy—kind of like Halloween!
The tradition comes from old folklore where witches were believed to fly to Blåkulla to meet the Devil.
It’s one of Sweden’s most unique Easter customs!
