🔹5 ચમચી - દહીં

🔸2 ચમચી - ધાણા પાવડર
🔸1/2 ચમચી - હળદર
🔸1.5 ચમચી - લાલ મરચું
🔸1 ચમચી - મીઠું (સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે)
🔸2 ચમચી - બિરયાની મસાલો

🔴 આખા ગરમ મસાલા 🔴

🔹7/8 - કાળા મરી
🔹1 - નાની ઈલાયચી
🔹1 ઇંચ - તજ નો ટુકડો
🔹2 - લાલ મરચા
🔹1/2 ચમચી - જીરું
