I know there are many covers of this song on Youtube, and this one is a little late, but none have used Zeila's fantastic arrangement of it, so I thought I'd give it a go!
Plague Knight is definitely my favorite of the three Shovel Knight campaigns, the cliche love story really hits you in the feels, and the music really hits that point home. :D
This particular song plays at the end of the game and I must say, it sounds very natural and romantic on the piano. I can't imagine how Kaufman managed to make this song work in electronic soundfont xD
