Chess strategy explained: Weak pawns explained

In this video I explain weak pawns, what they are and how to create them Weak pawns is an essential part of chess strategy and it's strongly connected to strong squares. Handling pawn play in chess is very difficult but with the explanation in this video you should get a better understanding of what weak pawns are, how to create them and how it can win you games.
This video is for beginners to intermediate players who want to improve their chess, that's my hope. I am a 2100+ FIDE rated player with a passion for the game and explaining and teaching it to anyone. My goal for you will be to increase your strength and understanding of chess strategy, since chess tactics are plentyfull and there are many resources available to you when it comes to chess tactics. Which is why I am focussing more on the strategy, which is was I love about the game and what makes it great in my opinion.

Puzzle 1
h5 and h6. Using the h-pawn to destroy the kingside pawns

Puzzle 2
g5. The pawn on g7 is backwards pawn and this moves stops Rxg7 and cementing black’s kingside pawns together. On top of that white’s pawns are now stuck on light square which improves black’s bishop and makes white’s bishop worse

Puzzle 3
f5, forcing Bxc4 after which the D-file opens and black is stuck with a backwards D-pawn, which is immediately lost.

Puzzle 4
Nc3, this maintains the tension on the d-file. Not Rxd5 since after xd5 black’s pawn structure is improved.
