Ducati Hypermotard 1100 S Final Engine Assembly, Lamb Chops Rides Engine Build Episode 2

Lamb Chops and I are back with episode 2 building up his Hypermotard 1100 2V engine and its a long one that combines almost 3 days of work and weeks of parts delays preventing us making progress.

The video will take us from the bottom end that we almost completed in the first episode to a fully complete engine

During this video I will cover off the following tasks to assemble the remainder of the engine:

Complete the oil clearance set-up of the conrods and their big ends
Assembly of the Generator engine side and cover
Primary gear installation and primary wheel
Oil pump installation
Clutch cover install
Clutch install
Valve clearance check and adjustment on the heads
Check the cylinders for wear and ovality
Gap check the piston rings
Install the pistons and cylinders
Installation of the heads
Setting engine timing and installing the belts
