Settlements - PowerDispatch

Settlements feature review for PowerDispatch.

Today we're going to review a new feature in PowerDispatch, Settlements.

To settle a job is to mark it as paid; meaning the balance between you and the Technician or the company for this job is zero.

Assuming you have the settle permission on your user you should start by going to reports, then payments, when you click a tech or company name you can now see the check marks on the right, selecting any of these check marks will bring up a "settle job" button on the bottom of the list.

clicking the "settle job" button marks the job as settled.

to see all the settled jobs simply switch the "Show" filter on top from displaying "Unsettled" to displaying "Settled" or "All" which displays both.

that's all there is to it, you can now track all job settlements with both your techs and companies within PowerDispatch easily and securely.
