Recording the site of one of lowland Scotland's last Quoiting Greens at Kirkconnel in Nithsdale. The four quoiting pitches were inside what is now a childrens playground although the Kirkconnel Quoiting Club House survives after the club closed down. In 2002 an international 'Long Game' match took place here between Wales & Scotland.
