3. Automatic Soldering
Once winding is complete, the terminals are fluxed and soldered automatically. This ensures strong electrical connections, reduced solder defects, and uniform quality.

4. Automatic Core Assembly
In this stage, ferrite cores (EE, EFD, PQ types) are automatically inserted into wound bobbins. The system aligns and presses cores precisely, avoiding manual errors and ensuring strong assembly integrity.

5. Core Taping
After assembly, the cores are taped automatically to secure the structure. This prevents loosening during handling and operation, improving reliability in high-frequency circuits.

6. Tinning
Transformer leads undergo tinning – coating with solder – to prepare them for PCB mounting. This step improves solderability and prevents oxidation.

7. Transformer Testing
Each unit passes through comprehensive testing, which may include:

Inductance measurement
Resistance verification
Leakage inductance
High Voltage (HV) testing
By ensuring that every transformer meets the required specifications, the line guarantees 100% quality output.

8. Laser Marking
For identification and traceability, transformers are laser-marked with batch numbers, part codes, or logos. This step ensures compliance with industry standards and aids in quality tracking.

9. Automatic Unloading into Tray
Finally, finished transformers are automatically placed into trays. This organized unloading makes them ready for packaging or direct integration into PCB assembly lines.
