My Raw Truth About Living with Diabetes 2

It's been an emotional roller coaster, 9 months ago I learnt I am 1 of 830 million people globally who have been diagnosed with diabetes. Since receiving my diabetes 2 diagnoses last year a day before moving to the UK from South Africa. It has been challenging navigating my new found diagnosis in a new country starting from scratch all at the same time. In fact I don't know if I am brave enough to share my story, I’m still not.

The words that come to mind when having a change of heart about sharing my story is offering perspective & understanding about how important it is to know your body & the impact diabetes has on one’s anatomy.
