Malfoof - Stuffed Cabbage meat Rolls

Malfoof, Malfouf, are just a couple spellings of this dish from the Middle East. Primarily from Palestine to Syria and Lebanon comes this Arabic Cuisine of a dish.
It shard to say where this dish really originates from as even the Italians and Greeks have stuffed Cabbage leaves. And all done pretty much the same way.Italians preferring to add tomato sauce to theirs.
There is one thing for certain in this dish.

3 Cabbage Heads
3 Cups Rice
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Tsp Dry Mint
Dash of Pepper
2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin
2 Cloves of Garlic and 6-9 more for the pot
2 Tbsp Butter

2 Cubes Maggi or Bouillon Cubes or Chicken Paste
6 Cups Water
