Self-help tools to cope with life's difficulties

In this video my avatar introduces the philosophy behind my channel. Why an avatar? Because I want to extend my reach and help more people in the wider community.

As a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada, I am bound by my professional standards of practice and code of ethics. Currently, these limit me to providing psychological services only to residents of Alberta. Enter my avatar! This version of me was created to identify when I am providing educational and self-help resources, not psychological assessment and treatment.

Although not a replacement for therapy, these self-help tools and self-directed learning experiences can help you to cope with some of life’s difficulties and challenges.
