The NEW And IMPROVED One Punch Man Workout | Training Like Saitama

Join in the first and official One Punch Man workout. We will be training like Saitama today! This is a new and improved One Punch Man training routine. This full body workout will only be utilizing your bodyweight. We will train using similar exercises to Saitama’s calisthenics routine. But this workout will be harder and you will need to get a passing score in order to pass. The passing fitness score is a 8 out of 10. We will have 10 different bodyweight exercises to get through. Each exercise will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. This routine will help you build lean muscle, strength, endurance and more.
So everyone on earth pretty much knows who Saitama aka the One Punch Man is. Saitama started out as a plain old hero just for fun at first. Upon not being properly recognized as a hero, he later registered as a professional hero for the Hero Association later one. Where he would defend his home in Z-City from all kinds of menacing threats.
We all know that shiny bald and casual expression on his face. But when he gets serious his whole demeanor changes. From his posture, musculature and his face. Originally he had a lot of hair. But of course he lost it because of his persistent and somewhat simple routine.
This is where he becomes the extremely overpowered One Punch Man. Saitama literally decimates his opponents with just one punch. Earning him the rightful title of being the strongest and most powerful character in the series. Some even argue in the entire anime universe.
Saitama is a beast with a pretty simple training routine. So today I’m gonna take you guys through a harder variation that I created of Saitama’s training routine.
