In this video i show how to replace the fly wheel brake on your lawn boy mower. The reason this does not work with the electric start modal is that that brake contacts the side of the fly wheel instead of the bottom on the fly wheel. Also if your brake is not working after you do this repair make sure the bolt the holds the brake assembly is right in the middle if the brake bracket.
