HOLY TRINITY at Bradford Rio 1992, with Alan Wishart (Big Country), & CP (SpizzEnergi, The Members).

Holy Trinity were originally Kingfishers Catch Fire, formed in 1986 by Tracey-Anne Sparkes (World Affairs), CP (The Members, SpizzEnergi, Athletico Spizz 80, The Spizzles, Big Country, Scary Thieves, John Moore [J&MC]), and Alan Wishart (Big Country). They were joined by bassist Paul Bailey who quickly moved on, joining Zodiac Mindwarp, (calling himself Trash D. Garbage). He was replaced by Colin Cumming, who plays on this recording. At the end of the recording is the song I WILL FALL, which was recorded by the band as ‘BARRA’, their folk spin-off. Barra signed a small deal with SONY, with 1 album CD release on Hi-Note Music.

This recording was made directly from the out-front mixing desk onto cassette, except I WILL FALL which was recorded at a studio in Reigate (unknown).

The photographs are from CP’s personal collection, and include members from the original Kingfisher’s line-up, but, who don’t play on this recording. They are from various Kingfisher's gigs, including The Mean Fiddler, ULU, Limelight, Dingwalls, etc. The remainder are from various photo shoots and CP's archive.
