Prawn Moringa Eggplant Curry | Indian Village Curry Recipe

Prawn Moringa Eggplant Curry is a recipe from my husband's village. It is an easy to make recipe as you mostly just throw in the ingredients and then cook everything together. All the vegetables pick up flavours of the tiny prawns and vice versa. It is cheap to make as you can feed a large family with some prawns. It is healthy as you are cooking loads of vegetables along with the prawns. This Indian Village, curry recipe is among my favourites that my mother in law makes. Hope you like it.
