Legendary rock band The Who has kicked out long-time drummer Zak Starkey after a “huge fallout,” according to reports.
The band’s frontman Roger Daltrey, 81, and guitarist Pete Townshend, 79, ended things with Starkey — the son of The Beatles drummer Ringo Starr — following two shows in March at Royal Albert Hall in the UK, a spokesperson for The Who told The Sun Tuesday.
“The band made a collective decision to part ways with Zak after this round of shows at the Royal Albert Hall,” the spokesperson said.
