This is the suspension I use on my Warbonnet Ridge Runner. Previous to this hammock I have used a whoopie sling suspension and a strap and buckle suspension. However after forcing myself to start using the Becket Hitch, it has quickly become my favorite.
I have never had any problem with this suspension the way I tie it. However, if you don't feel it is secure enough, you can put a stick or stake through the excess in your loop of webbing to be sure it doesn't pull through.
