“Kids” was where the music of Stranger Things first really caught my attention, back in Season 1.
Cut to five seasons later...the ending stayed with me because it reworks that same theme, but quieter and softer, and brings the story full circle.
So I went back to the original version of this Stranger Things song, to where this world first opened.
By the way, I haven’t been able to find that ending version released on its own...if you have, let me know in the comments!
This follows the original Kids, but I might actually prefer the other one (internal contradictions welcome....)
