洗腎方式知多少(The options of dialysis method)

北加州慈濟腎友會邀請服務洗腎中心多年的資深護理師郭蕙怡為腎友們講解「洗腎方式知多少」。腎臟衰竭病患均依賴透析治療（俗稱洗腎）維生，唯一脫離洗腎生活的方法是「腎臟移植」。 而腎臟移植需等待數年，因此順利的透析治療非常重要。 透析治療的成效與生活品質系於病患配合度，病患配合度又以其對透析治療的認知與態度息息相關。目前透析方式有在洗腎中心每週三、四次的血液透析（俗稱血洗）、在家腹膜透析（俗稱腹洗）及在家血液透析三種方法。 病患依個人身體狀況、居家環境、衛生習慣等選擇適合自己的洗腎方式，病患及家屬需要學習相關知識及技能，以便順利進行洗腎，如此就能過著正常快樂的生活。
