Some of these adult female Guppy did have advanced infection with lots of tubercles: most likely Mycobacterium, whih is often found in old tropical fish.
Here the Origin of problem is the breeder.
A good care with no stress, good water and good functional food can give good survival chances to the lesser infected fish.
Some have tried antibiotics, but succes is not guaranteed; see my books or my other videos on fish tuberculosis.
