Being "photo bombed" by V sets was always part of the game around Cowan Bank and Hawkesbury River. When photographing freight it was often the V set which became the main subject. We see several liveries, a Tangara set and a noisy LVR freight, which I chased up the hill, only to be "bombed" again! There are several standing starts and V set EMU gear noise. After six decades or so, Vale V sets on the North, Central Coast and Newcastle line with the last service last night (27 June 2025). The V sets remain on other services, but only for a few months. Uploaded in 4K.
