Just one hour from Tokyo, Kamakura is the best day trip option if you’d like to escape the city hustle for a bit to immerse yourself in peace 🌊
Kamakura is a coastal town famous for its beautiful beaches as well as its signature Enoden Train 🚊
The photo spot is of course where the Slam Dunk scene was inspired from 🏀 which has its own stop - ‘Kamakura Kokomae Station’ 🚉
We went train-spotting and walked around the town to soak up some ☀️ and the rich ⛩️ culture. Also loved the wholesome restaurant by the track where you could see trains passing by while you enjoy your meal! Would recommend @yoridocoro
