With chaos and fear spreading across the land, take up your weapon and fight to rid your world of corruption. Choose your difficulty in the way you tackle each room. The longer you keep the enemies alive, the stronger they'll get, but also the more rewards you'll receive for defeating them. Choose whether to take them out with your weapon, or vacuum them up with your capture gun. Defeated slimes will give you currency for upgrades, consumables, and weapons. Whereas captured slimes will give you currency to upgrade your slime pet companion that fights by your side.
