new year, new morning routine girliesss 😊ngl i was in a MASSIVE slump over the end of 2021 with productivity + self care but the way i'm spending my mornings now have given me a kick up the bum to get back to myself ❤️7am i the perfect wake up time for me, not to early, not too late, just right (goldilocks who??) especially at this time of year when it's still dark until 9ish... also i'm trying to create habits like a short workout, journalling and planning in my bullet journal more permanent in my life 🌱 so i hope this can help you start your year off right + get you feeling healthy and productive so you can get all your 2022 goals accomplished !! ⭐️
