You’re Not Fighting Alone | Day 3 Devotional

Psalm 34:7 reminded me of something I honestly forget when life feels heavy: I am not fighting alone, even when it feels like I am.

When you’ve lived most of your life in survival mode, the idea of being spiritually surrounded can feel unfamiliar.

For me, this was a reminder that I do not have to keep carrying the fear that I am unprotected. I do not have to keep assuming I'm alone in my battles. I do not have to stay in that mindset where I’m waiting on something to go wrong. God surrounds me even when my emotions say otherwise. He delivers me even when I don’t know what danger I’m being delivered from.

You’re not out here battling life by yourself, even though your past might have trained you to think that way.
