Celebrating the release of his brand new full-length album, Closer, John Hayes, an accomplished producer and live performer, brings his electronic live set to The Music Room Presents.

Featuring Eric Lawson, who shaped the atmosphere and movement of the performance with live visuals and lighting, this live session contains selections from Closer, alongside other material that spans John’s evolving body of work and captures exactly where his music lives best: immersive and emotionally present.

With Lawson's strong visuals supporting Hayes' music, this session aims to create electronic music with range and tracks that feel just as powerful in a quiet room as they do in a club or live setting.

Known for his more intimate piano-driven compositions and ambient releases, Hayes' new album, Closer, steps confidently into a more expansive electronic sound.
