My First Week of Nursing School 🩺✨ Adult Students, Night Shift Life & God’s Timing 🙏🏾

My first week of nursing school is officially in the books 📚🩺 and wow… I’m already so grateful.

From fun and funny instructors 😂 to a classroom full of working adults juggling careers, kids, and night shift life 🌙—this experience already feels special. Most of my classmates are already in healthcare, many of us work nights, and we’re all here chasing the same goal 💪🏾✨

I’m walking this journey with a dear friend and longtime coworker (fellow Respiratory Therapist 🫁💙), and we’ve already made connections with other Black women, moms, and career-changers who get it. That alone feels like a blessing.
