FYI this isn't specifically a F2P friendly guide on how to beat Shiva Very Hard despite not using any pink (purple? white?) weapons and using only three star or lower materia (some of which aren't even fully leveled LOL).
This is just a video about how to beat her without MATK debuffs in case you don't have any characters who have a MATK debuff in their kit or haven't encountered Defaith in the story yet like me... That said, I was able to do this at an earlier time as well before I maxed out my Ifrit and didn't have Sephiroth's sword at 80 yet (granted it was much closer than this run). If you have your team all maxed out and can dish out good fire damage then go for it. So long as you can tank the first Shiva attack you have a good chance of beating her without MATK down.
