This cinematic 4K video takes you through the entire aquarium journey — from tank setup and hardscape layout to planting, filtration, and adding fish. You’ll also see how the aquarium has matured and balanced itself after one year of running.

Inspired by the shaded, leaf-strewn streams of southern Thailand and Malaysia, this 61 × 30 × 23 cm aquarium uses quartz sand, basalt gravel, teak root, Cryptocoryne, Java Fern, Vallisneria, and floating Salvinia to recreate the soft, filtered-light look of a natural streamlet.
