Nobel Peace Prize winner Maria Ressa joined GBH's Boston Public Radio to discuss the fate of democracy in the United States. She was arrested repeatedly in the Philippines for reporting on corruption, human rights abuses and the weaponization of social media under former President Rodgrigo Duterte -- and calls Donald Trump's presidency "deja-vu."
