When The Muppets Almost Took Walt Disney World

In 1989, Disney was working with Jim Henson to acquire the rights for The Muppets, something that would have allowed Disney to add a Muppet-themed land to MGM Studios. However, due to Jim Henson's passing, the deal fell through. This is the Distory of The Muppets at Walt Disney World.
