National Pension Service is the pension scheme which covers everyone residing in Korea. A foreigner residing in Korea is subject to the compulsory coverage of the National Pension Scheme, just like Korean nationals.
REQUIREMENTS:
DOWNLOD THE FOLLOWING FORMS to www.nps.or.kr
1. APPLICATION FOR LUMPSUM REFUND
2. APPLICATION FOR OVERSEAS REMITTANCE
3. XEROX COPY OF OLD & NEW PASSPORT (Each Passport numbers should be indicated in the affidavit)
4. XEROX COPY OF ARC ( ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD.) (BACK & FORTH))
5. XEROX COPY OF BANK BOOK ( Account Number should be indicated in the affidavit)
6. BANK CERTIFICATE ( ORIGINAL)
*After NOTARY & AFFIDAVIT, go to RTC (Regional Trial Court) for CANA ( Certificate of Authority for Notarial Act)
*then go to DFA ASEANA near MOA ( MALL OF ASIA) in PASAY CITY
for the APOSTILLE.
After receiving the APOSTILLE, send all the documents to:
