Dark Gothic Victorian Apartment 🥀 | The Sims 4 Speed Build | No CC

Join us in this week's Sims 4 speed build as we renovate an apartment in a dark, dreamy Gothic Victorian interior design! Perhaps this apartment will also be the new home of San Myshuno's next big up and coming author! A secondary room serves as a cozy office space/library. As designed, this apartment is perfect for one to two Sims (1 BED 1 BATH). But the office/library can easily be converted to an extra bedroom in case you need a little extra bit of room. This apartment is meant to replace the "18 Culpepper House" apartment in San Myshuno.

🚨 FYI:
Windows in this apartment have been replaced using the T.O.O.L. mod. Upon download, the original apartment windows will show up. (I've put the new windows in the almost exact position of the original windows. You do not need any mods or cc to download this lot. Just make sure “Move Objects On” is enabled.)

If you are playing on PC, you can easily replace the windows yourself with the T.O.O.L. mod. There are some great, easy to follow tutorials here on YouTube.
