Homemade Hamburger Helper is easy to make, requires no fancy ingredients, ready in less than 30 min., and is a meal the whole family will love. Make them up ahead of time and store in a quart jar or store the sauce mix in an envelope until you are ready to use.
Sauce Mix
3 Tbsp corn starch. 3 Tbsp onion powder
3 Tbsp parsley. 1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp paprika. 1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp beef bouillon. 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp ground mustard
To make the meal
1/3 cup dry sauce mix. 2 cups milk
2 cups water 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
1 pound ground beef or turkey browned and drained
When macaroni is done stir in grated cheddar cheese
