easy corn tikki

Sweet Corn Tikki Recipe🌽❤️:

Ingredients:

Boiled and mashed potatoes
sweet Corn
onion
coriander leaves
Tumeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Salt
corn flour (for binding)
Recipe:

Boil potatoes and sweet corn
Take a bowl meshed the potatoes then add sweet corn, onion and coriander leaves
Then add all the spices mentioned along with salt as per taste
Mix it well
Add some cornflour for binding and then mix well
Then make the round tikkis and coat with the bread crumbs for better crunch
Then you can deep fry and pan fry
Your delicious sweet corn tikki is ready to enjoy
Serve it with green chutney and tea and enjoy !!❤️❤️
