This is the fourth in a series of 6 videos of where I'll walk you through the steps to creating a probabilistic DPL decision analytic model from an Excel Cash Flow spreadsheet for a New Product Development opportunity. In this video I add a decision to the probabilistic model and run a decision analysis in order to produce two of DPL's fundamental outputs -- the Policy Tree™ and Risk Profile. Each output is examined and explained.
