What is ASMR? ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and refers to the relaxing feelings we get when we hear or see certain stimuli. This relaxation can feel like tingles running down your spine or back.

ASMR is really beneficial to mental health and can help with anxiety and depression but should not be used as an only tool to combat mental illness. If you are really struggling please get professional help.
